APPS WE USE:
My Water- This tracks your water intake, reminds you to drink water, and also motivates you to keep drinking!
Charity Miles- This app allows you to choose a charity, then each time you run, bike, or walk, it converts the distance traveled to money that the app donates to the charity! (Its 100% free)
Seven- This is a quick indoor workout app that gives you a high intensity workout in ten minutes, with built in breaks!
Healthyout- This app shows you healthy restaurants near you, all you have to do is put in your current location!
Calm- This last one isn't necessarily a fitness app, its more like health for your mind. It's meditation! This gives you peaceful ten minute meditation sessions that relax your mind and body after a workout! (They also help with anxiety and other needs!)
OUR PREFERRED WORK OUT GEAR:
Outdoor Vests- They keep you warm but still allow you to move freely!
Windbreaker Jackets- A light layer to protect you from rain!
Leggings- You already know their a must have!
Supportive Sportsbra- We reccomend the Angel Bra by VS because of its supportive underwire, and comfy foam padding!
