Here's a very sweet & delicious fruit smoothie that's healthy to drink and should be added to your menu!
2 cups frozen mixed berries
1 cup strawberry flavored yogurt
1 banana (sliced)
1 cup milk
1/2 tsp white sugar (optional)
1. Combine all ingredients in blender
2. Cover, and blend until smooth
3. Pour into glass(es) and enjoy!
Chicken & Hummus Pita
This easy and healthy lunch will give you
energy, make you feel good and full!
Serving size: 4
2 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
(8 to 12 ounces and have PREMADE)
2 large whole wheat pita bread rounds,
1 7 ounce carton hummus
3/4 cup coarsely chopped Roma tomatoes
1/2 cup thinly sliced cucumber
1/3 cup plain low-fat yogurt

Granola Cookie Wedges
1/3 cup packed dark brown sugar
2 tablespoons canola oil
1 tablespoon butter, melted
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt

2.25 ounces all-purpose flour (about 1/2
1/2 cup quick-cooking oats
1/4 cup chopped pecans, toasted
2 tablespoons semisweet chocolate chips
1. Preheat oven to 350°.

bowl; stir until well combined.

You should drink about 64 oz of water daily to maintain a healthy lifestyle!
Water should also be taken in before each meal so you don't over eat.
Add fruit or mint to water so it could be tastier!
Use a cute, reusable water bottle to drink your water out of so you can be motivated!
I know you probably just sighed at the thought of exercise, but trust me these are easy and fun ways to exercise!
Include at least 10 min of exercise every day! It could be as easy as walking your dog, working hard in your gym class, doing sit-ups while watching Netfilx, etc!
